Photo Challenge: Week 2

So here goes week 2...I found some pretty sunlight for these.  Feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think!  I hope you all enjoy the warmer weather this week!

My new wall art...

I was cleaning out our spare room today, which was filled with a lot of our wedding stuff and other random things.  I ended up pulling out these white frames we had used for our table numbers and my creative wheels got turning.  I also found these scrap-booked letters I had made to spell the word "lovebirds" and decided to make use of that as well, and so here is what I came up with...what do you think?

I've decided to do a weekly photo challenge this year (a little late, huh?!)...and I'm a couple weeks behind, and so here are a few.  I know that typically you only do one photo a week, but here are a few cause I couldn't pick just one.  Enjoy!

God is light

I was inspired by a dear friend of mine that photography has a lot more to do with God then I ever thought.  The word photography literally means to paint with light.  And God not only created light, but he IS light.  Jesus is the light of the world.  Thank you Katee for opening my eyes to see this.  Here are a couple pictures of the moon...God's light, shining in the darkness, and exposing what we could not otherwise see.
